When will I receive my access code for the livestream?

After your registration is approved, you will receive the livestream link and your unique access code one day prior to the event, on Tuesday, May 13th.

Can I share my code?

No, for content security purposes, your code is unique to you and cannot be shared.

What are the browser and operating system requirements if I’m joining from a Windows device?

Supported PC browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. We recommend using the latest version of your browser.

Unsupported PC browsers: Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, and Amazon Silk are not supported because they are incompatible with the content security software we use for the livestream.

Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera on Mac OSX 10.12 or higher. We recommend using the latest version of your browser.

What’s the best way to prepare for joining the livestream?

For the best livestream viewing experience, we suggest using Google Chrome on a desktop or laptop computer.

Important note: viewing on Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Amazon Silk and smart TV web browsers is not supported due to the content security software with which we are presenting the livestream.

How can I cast my screening experience?

For enhanced viewing, you may cast to a TV using Airplay or by connecting an HDCP-compliant HDMI cable to your TV.

To cast via Airplay, use Safari as your browser, and click the casting icon in your video player. You may need to tap, or hover over the video player to see the icon. Do not Airplay mirror from your browser— use the icons in the player.
